• Packaged, validated, and maintained 35+ production cloud applications used across the university, managing file systems, Windows registry keys, services, pre/post install events, and adhering to educational licensing.
• Diagnosed and resolved application deployment failures by analyzing app dependencies, services, and runtime logs.
• Application packages were both assigned and self-assigned, packaged, then put through a suite of tests by peers via Jira Kanban Board and a provisioning team before university wide rollout.
• Wrote internal documentation for complex app packages to reduce repeat errors and outline steps for future packagers.

Undergraduate Research – Bias in LLMs August 2024 – April 2025

• Conducted applied research on bias in large language models with both CPU/CUDA into 3 different models and parameter scales.
• Designed Winograd style bias evaluation loop using the WinoBias dataset for output distribution analysis.
• Built an automated Python evaluation pipeline using llama-cpp-python to run repeated inference tests across models.
• Performed inference and experimentation using open-source models via Hugging Face and Ollama.
• Evaluated PyTorch- and Tensorflow-based models in inference workflows, focusing on bias patterns not training.

Conducted NIST standardized security analysis of the Nintendo Wii’s messaging & notification subsystems, focusing on buffer overflow vulnerabilities which allowed for unauthorized changes to the operating system.
Buffalo Wild Wings Scheduling Assistant
Developed and packaged Python/PySide6 scheduling application in sprints using customizable labor rules, role specific logic, and shift templates to generate realistic restaurant schedules using data stored with Json and SQLite.
